Short Term Rental:
One week minimum rental at $1300/week.
One month: $3900 (4 weeks for the cost of 3).
Two months: $6500 (8 weeks for the cost of 5).
Security deposit of $1000 due to reserve house.
Short term rentals includes all utilities.

Long term rental:
$1300/month. Water included. All other utilities paid by renter.
Security deposit of $1000 and last month rent due to reserve house.
First month rent due upon arrival.

This Ocean View Home is located in Esterillos Oeste only 1.5 hours
from the San Jose airport on the Central Pacific Coast. The house is 250 yards from the ocean with cool breezes through the house most days.

The home is walking distance to great year round surf (ask about the "secret" spot), giant tide pools, and lush vegetation. Wildlife is abundant with White Face Monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, Green Parrots, Coatimundi's, Poison Dart Frogs, Crocodiles, Iguanas, and much more.

Manuel Antonio Park is just 45 minutes south by car. Jaco beach is 20 minutes north.
